If you don’t have a Gi (uniform) yet, make sure to wear comfortable close to exercise and train in.

Promotions are based on skill, effort, and progress. Simply showing up each class is the bare minimum and does not guarantee promotion simply because you showed up. Though getting promoted to the next rank is a great achievement and milestone, it should not be the focus of your training, but rather to become efficient and effective with the techniques you are taught. Belts and rankings should be the side-effect of your progress in class, NOT the focus.

Yes, parents are more than welcome to watch each class.
